I’ll start in April in southern Europe, spending the early summer with the lower peaks near the Mediterranean sea and Eastern Europe. Once the main climbing season starts in mid-summer, I plan to climb the highest peaks in the Alps.
Then it’s a mad dash north to the Arctic circle, hopefully arriving before the heavy snow to catch the peaks up in Scandinavia, picking up the small remaining stragglers on the way down back home, to Germany.
The route will cover 47 countries, over 20.000km cycling and over 125.000m altitude gain while mountaineering.
Once on my way, I’ll update this page with a real-time map so that you can follow the tour live.
